Touring Club Switzerland (TCS), organiser of the contest, will cover the costs of accommodation, meals and transfers for four children and two coaches for the period from September 12 to 15, 2019.

The costs of the excursion are also covered for these individuals.

This hotel is located in front of Palexpo, where the contest will take place.

Clubs wishing to come with people other than team members (four children and two coaches), are required to pay all costs related to the trip.

The accompanying persons' package includes:

• Accommodation from September 12 to 15, 2019 (3 nights)
• Full board
• Transfers
• Excursion on September 14, 2019

The prices of the packages below are per person for the duration of the trip:

• Standard room, single occupancy: EUR 490
• Standard room, double occupancy: EUR 340

There are a limited number of rooms for accompanying persons. Please let us know quickly what your needs are.

Accompanying persons' packages must be paid in advance by electronic bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to you before your trip.
